Welcome to the obligatory intro post!
I plan to use this blog to post about all things in my life, ranging from professional to personal topics. This includes misadventures in docs writing, leadership, cosplay, music, digital nomad life, and more. Consider it a mash-up of Medium, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, DeaviantArt, and Livejournal.
I don’t plan to post on a consistent schedule. I’m aiming for quality over quantity, which means not forcing posts that don’t have substance.
I’m enabling comments so people can respond to posts agonistic of any specific social platform that I may cross-post these posts to.

What does Mx.Mage mean?
It’s a mash-up of a few different usernames. Mx is a reference to this blog being a mix of things, and to the gender-neutral prefix. Mage is a reference to my professional moniker (@docsmage) and to the fact that people have called me a wizard at my day job 🧙🏻♀️
Why .space?
I felt like it struck the right tone for what I how this blog to feel: sort of whimsical, mystical, existential. It was also cheaper and less bland than .com and the rest.
